Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Twisted Alchemy Eureka Lemon Juice Fresh Cold Pressed Craft Mixer
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 oz Sparkling Wine or Champagne
- Lemon Wheel
Method: Add gin, lemon juice, syrup into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon wheel.
